Our ambition is that everyone should be able to participate in our activities without the need for prior experience and without being well-trained or used to outdoor activities.
Our equipment is suitable for those with little or no previous experience of, for example, sea kayak or climbing / bouldering and during the winter season we always wear a dry suit on the paddle tours. In addition, we season your experience with elements of local cultural history and locally-based meal experiences.
Our tour guides and guides love to share the best we know, the beautiful nature of Bohuslän: the rocks, the sea, the fjords, the coves and the beach beds and the varied landscape of mixed forests and granite hills that invite you to different types of climbing. With us, you experience the best of Bohuslän, the food, the people and one of the world's most beautiful archipelagos.

SAFETY COMFORT AND ENJOYMENT
We have adapted most of our own activities so that there is no need for previous experience. Safety, comfort and enjoyment are our keywords when planning and conducting our tours. In the booking confirmation you will receive information on how to dress and what is appropriate to bring in the form of reinforcement garments. At the beginning of each activity, participants receive a review of the necessary techniques and safety.
Depending on the weather conditions, a trip may need to be set or moved in time and space. It is always the leader of the respective activity that determines this at every opportunity, in consultation with booked participants. Our ambition is to always offer an alternative activity, for example kayakers can be offered climbing if wind conditions are too tough. Security, consideration and responsiveness are our core values.
• No previous experience is required but we assume that you have "normal" health (feeling healthy). If you feel insecure, consult your treating physician if you think you are in moderate physical effort.
• Starting and meeting place varies between our different activities. Announced participants are therefore notified when a collection takes place, usually no later than 20 days before the tour, unless we depart from our local center in Lysekil.
